FluidScriptr LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
FluidScriptr is an AI-powered tool that converts manuscripts into screenplays and screenplays into novels using a Story Bible coherence system. The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using FluidScriptr, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You retain all ownership rights to the manuscripts, screenplays, and other materials ("Your Content") you upload to or process through the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any content you submit to the Service.

The Service, including its design, branding, Story Bible technology, and underlying software, is owned by FluidScriptr LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your specific requirements or be suitable for professional submission without review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluidScriptr LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to FluidScriptr LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FluidScriptr LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to handling your data with care — see Section 4 for specifics on how your content and API keys are handled.
